Be prepared for an IPO

September 2017: Mr. Eduardo Parreira, Board Director and CEO of OPENCAP GLOBAL is writing a business book about IPO journey, process and procedures (#IPO).

The author of "Consulting, Consultants and Customers" (Consultoria, Consultores e Clientes), published in 1990 by Erika Editors (Sao Paulo, Brazil) is an expert in Latin America and Brazilian companies preparation for IPOs, reverse mergers, Direct Listings and private placement transactions and small and middle market sector.

"We are focused in some purpose areas: Food, Healthcare, Energy and Logistic, but I believe that stock markets and capital is available for small and middle good companies of main segments. It's a matter of know-how and well conducted preparation." said the writer.

The book is being writing based on last 20 years of experience, thounsands of meetings, training sessions and speeches done by the author around Latin America and Brazil.
