Opencap Global, Inc., a company invested by Accelera Interinvest Corporation, is pleased to announce that the successful work style “Work From Anywhere at Anytime (WFA&A)” which was implemented throughout the organization as of September, 2019, before pandemic, demonstrate high benefit for everybody.
“Work From Anywhere at Anytime (WFA&A)” is the way of Opencap working, which allows working from anywhere in New York (US), Panamá, London (UK), Stockholm (Sweden), and São Paulo (Brazil) at Any time, as long as the environment enables maintaining high performance.
WFA&A has achieved an efficient work style that can be adapted to different situations, while ensuring the wellness and safety of employees such as in the event of a disaster, reducing the risk of being infected by COVID-19. Opencap has taken the implementation of WFA&A before pandemic, as an opportunity to redefine the local offices and relocates to new office buildings through co-working offices worldwide. WFA&A will be continued even after COVID-19 settles down, in a continuous effort to create a better wellness and work style at Opencap Global.
Opencap had already supported a work flex system (to maximize work efficiencies, but with WFA&A, an even newer work style to excel will be achieved by removing not only the constraint on time but also space. Preparations are being made to extend WFA&A out to a global level as well.
Redefining the Office concept and principle
Upon implementing WFA&A, the “office” was redefined from being a place for individuals to work on their tasks to a place where new value is created through teamwork and where employee and associate engagement is strengthened.
Based on this new definition, the office will be relocated to co-working facilities, where there will be spaces for active communication and no fixed seating plans, in addition to the significant reduction in the number of desks (the details of the new co-working offices will be announced at a later date). New rules & measures will be implemented in accordance with WFA&A work style.

Keeping the safety of Opencap employees, associates and partners first in mind, we reviewed different work styles in which we could perform best – that was the context in which this new personnel was adopted. Our lives will continue to face changes brought about by COVID-19 but due to other aspects as well. To ensure that the growth of our business does not slow down, to ensure that we can provide a service that is indispensable in our customers’ day-to-day lives, we will start by changing the way we work. And we will not return to our former work style. Our goal is to continue on our path of evolution to become a leading company that provides an innovative service through the experience of Direct Listing, Going Public, and IPO.
